The Navy Indigenous Development Program is a pathway program the Royal Australian Navy offer to young indigenous adults to assist them to attain the required standard to permanently enlist in the Australian Defence Force.

The program has been running since 2014 and aligns with the Defence Reconciliation Action Plan (D-RAP) and the Australian Government’s agreement on Closing the Gap.
